Shipping and Returns

We aim to dispatch all print and card orders within 2 to 5 working days.

UK Shipping

We don't ship glazed prints.

• Cardboard Tubes: All 'print only' orders will be dispatched in a sturdy cardboard tube at a price of £8.00.
• Flat Pack: Small mounted prints are sent flat packed by Royal Mail at a price of £10.00.
• Carrier: The larger limited edition mounted prints are also shipped flat packed, using Royal Mail Tracked 48 service for £18.00
• Originals: For mainland UK deliveries we use the services of a dedicated fine art shipper who will deliver your painting safely to you door for £80. We are unable to ship originals beyond the UK mainland. If you're not on the UK mainland please contact us and we can look into options. If an order involves a number of prints from different formats (e.g. one large mounted print and one unmounted print) they will be packed together inside a package suitable for the largest of the two items and the higher postage cost will be charged.

Shipping overseas

We don't ship glazed or mounted prints or books to overseas destinations. All 'print only' orders will be dispatched in a sturdy cardboard tube at a price of £15.00.

Returns and refunds

We tend not to offer returns due to the nature of the product. In particular with unmounted prints, for example, we have found that by the time a product has been returned to us, it might have been handled quite a bit, making it difficult for us to resell it.

In the exceptional case where an item arrives damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
