In the late eighties the builder who was converting our soon to be gallery gave me the ultimatum that he intend to rip the old garage doors and replace them with new one's. It gave me one day to paint them (in watercolour not gloss) Luckily it was fine day and by the end of the afternoon I had completed the piece.
