Bryn Cader Faner is a Bronze age stone circle which is thought to date back to 3000 BC. It is located not far from the small coastal village of Talsarnau in North Wales. There are 18 semi standing stones left but it is believed that it originally had 30. Each one measuring 2 metres tall.
Much of the eastern side of the site was destroyed just before the second world war when the army used it as target practice. Unbelievable!
