High above the Dwyryd estuary looking directly down towards the village of Portmeirion is this stunningly situated small church. Eglwys Llandecwyn can trace its roots back to the medieval period around the 6th century.
Whilst investigating the history of the church I found out that the lane up to the church and the track beyond used to be the road between Harlech and Maentwrog.
